Eşiyle anlaşamaması üzerine evi terk edip ailesiyle yaşamaya başlayan 25 yaşındaki Ceylan Y.’nin kocası, üç kardeşi ve amcası tarafından elektroşok, göz yaşartıcı sprey ile kaçırıldıktan sonra kelepçelenerek saatlerce darp edilmesine ilişkin yürütülen savcılık soruşturması tamamlandı.
Savcılık, tutuklu koca Ersin Y. ve ağabeyi Burhan Y.ile kardeşleri Ali ve Dilek Y. ve amcası Sait Y. hakkında “İştirak halinde tasarlayarak canavarca hisle veya eziyet çektirerek öldürmeye teşebbüs” ve “Cebir, tehdit veya hile kullanarak kişiyi hürriyetinden yoksun kılma” suçlarından toplam 17’şer yıldan 34’er yıla kadar hapis istemiyle dava açtı.

Olay, 11 Mayıs 2020’de, saat 01.00 sıralarında Ceylan’ın, annesi Rahime ve arkadaşı ile babasının bekçilik yaptığı inşaata yaya olarak gidip geri dönmek için yürüdükleri esnada meydana geldi. Ceylan’ın kocası Ersin Y. Üç kardeşiyle birlikte araçla olay yerine geldi. İddianamede, aracı şüpheli Ali Y’nin kullandığı, Ali, Burhan ve Dilek Y’nin ellerinde elektroşok cihazıyla araçtan indikleri, amcaları olan Sait Y’nin ise başka bir araçla olay yerine geldiği anlatıldı. Şüpheli koca Ersin Y’nin ise elinde göz yaşartıcı sprey ve ağaç sopa olduğu, Ali’nin elektroşok cihazı ile Ceylan’ın sol omzuna elektrik verdiği, şüpheli Burhan’ın saçından tutarak mağdure Ceylan’ı araca bindirdiği, şüpheli Dilek’in araçta Ceylan’a vurmaya başladığı, bu sırada amca Sait Y’nin ise Ceylan’ın annesi Rahime’ye biber gazı sıkarak müdahalesini engellediği kaydedildi.

İddianamede, şüpheli Ali’nin araçla olay yerinden ayrıldığı, şüphelilerin araçta bulunan Ceylan’a vurmaya devam ettikleri, şüpheli Sait’in de kendi aracıyla diğer aracı takip ettiği belirtildi. Bir süre sonra şüpheliler Ali ve Dilek Y’nin araçtan indikleri, şüpheliler Burhan ve Ersin Y’nin ise mağdur Ceylan’ı Beykoz, Kavacık Mahallesi’ndeki amcaları Sait Y’ye ait VIP Plaza’ya götürdükleri, şüpheliler Ersin ve Burhan’ın mağdure Ceylan’ı binanın beşinci katındaki boş bir daireye götürdükleri, Ceylan’ın ellerini önden plastik kelepçeyle bağladıkları, şüpheli Sait’in ise olanları izlediği belirtildi.
AĞIR CEZA MAHKEMESİNDE YARGILANACAKLAR
İddianamede, tutuklu şüpheliler Ersin Y. ve Burhan Y. ile tutuksuz şüpheliler Ali Y. Dilek Y. ve Sait Y’ın “İştirak halinde tasarlayarak canavarca hisle veya eziyet çektirerek öldürmeye teşebbüs” suçundan 13’er yıldan 20’şer yıla, “Cebir, tehdit veya hile kullanarak kişiyi hürriyetinden yoksun kılma” suçundan ise 4 yıldan 14 yıla kadar hapisle olmak üzere toplam 17’şer yıldan 34’er yıla kadar hapisle cezalandırılmaları istendi. Şüphelilerden amca Sait Y’nin anne Rahime S.’ye yönelik eyleminden dolayı “Kasten yaralama” suçundan da 6 aydan 1,5 yıla kadar hapisle cezalandırılması talep edildi. Şüpheliler, İstanbul Anadolu Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’nde yargılanacaklar.
